1- Right to withdraw: in case you are not completely satisfied for any reason with any of the products you bought from ifalsidautore.it, you will be able to return the merchandise, unused and still in saleable conditions, within 14 working days from the moment you receive it, in order to obtain a full compensation for the price of the product. All that, does not affect in any way the remaining rights referred to the damaged products or to the products which are different from what was ordered. Ifalsidautore.it completely observes the laws regarding the sale on line (EU Directive 7/1997 and the Legislative Decree 185/1999).

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the purchased merchandise, you have the right to cancel your order. In case the product has not yet been shipped, you will receive the refund within 3 days with a reversal on your Credit Card, including the shipping costs, whereas if the withdrawal happens when the products have already been shipped, you will be able to exercise your right to withdraw within 14 working days from the moment you receive it, in this way: by sending a written notification via registered letter to ifalsidautore.it Customer Care, Vicolo San Clemente, 25/A, 25100 Brescia;

In order to speed up the procedure, we invite you to bring forward the same notification via email to customer@idalsidautore.it or via FAX to the n° 030 49131 in those two last cases, and, anyhow, the registered letter has to follow it, with the indication of the will to exercise the right to withdraw within 48 hours from the previous notification, this registered letter has to be send, as the notification, to ifalsidautore.it Customer Care, Vicolo San Clemente, 25/A, 25100 Brescia;

Moreover, you have to return at your expenses the purchased product or products by sending them to the abovementioned address. Once we receive the notification and the merchandise (which has to be still in saleable conditions), we will make within 5 working days and, anyhow, no more than 30 days from the notification of the withdrawal, the refund through a reversal on your Credit Card or, in case the payment has been made via Cash on Delivery through a Wire Transfer on the C/A indicated by the customer in the notification of the withdrawal, you will be entirely refunded for the sums you paid.

4- Costs and Shipping Times: ifalsidautore.it ships all his products using the service of express courier provided by BARTOLINI, POSTE ITALIANE or FEDEX.

Costs may vary from country to country.

Shipping times:

Italy: 24-48 h form the receipt of the order (Saturday, Sunday and festival days excluded)

In case of a framed paintings, the delivery times will be increased of 4 working days.

Europe: 3 working days after the receipt of the order;

Countries outside Europe: 5-7 working days after the receipt of the order.

Shipping times can change for huge quantitative. Moreover, shipping times depend upon the immediate or not immediate availability of the product. In case of coins, the availability is mainly ensured.

In case of maps, being them also handmade works, the availability is assured within 20-22 days. In case you purchase a not immediate available product, it will be pointed out in a clear way on the product form when the product will be available; shipping times begin form that date.

Furthermore, we have decided to ship in Italy also via Cash on Delivery, in this case the user, after having confirmed his purchase on our website, shall answer by a notification mail which will be automatically sent to the email address given.

The price for the Cash on Delivery is equal to 18,00 Euro (just available for Italy and San Marino), VAT included, apart from the order’s total and is not free, not even for orders higher than 300 Euros.

A.2 Our Agreement is fulfilled the exact moment in which we deduce the payment from your Credit Card, whose details you have inserted directly on the homepage of the Bank.
A.3 Our Agreement encloses all the communications provided by our website.

B. CREATION OF THE ORDER
B.1 Use our website and select the products you are interested in your shopping cart.
B.2 Fill the Form of the order in every part and follow the detailed instructions you find on the website.

C. AND THEREFORE
C.1 If you have chosen products that we have in storage, your order will be fulfilled. The Bank will automatically charge your payment which will remain pending till the actual shipping of the products.

D. IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED
D.1 You will be able to exercise the right to withdraw by rendering to us the products within 14 working days, still in saleable conditions, and you will obtain a full compensation for what you paid, as it is explained in details in the above section Satisfied or Reimburse.
